By accessing or using Lupaco, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lupaco is a property listing and inquiry platform serving Aparri, Cagayan, Philippines. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use Lupaco to post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings; to harass, abuse, or harm other users; or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@lupaco.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and list properties on Lupaco.
Property listers must be verified before publishing listings. By submitting a listing, you warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the property and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Lupaco reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
Lupaco facilitates communication between buyers/renters and property owners or agents. We are not a party to any transaction or agreement between users. Any deal or arrangement made is solely between the parties involved.
All content on Lupaco — including text, images, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Lupaco and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
By uploading property images or other content, you grant Lupaco a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform.
Lupaco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the availability of properties. Use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupaco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Lupaco after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of Lupaco shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cagayan, Philippines.
